Working for 20 years as a professional digital artist & designer, the current mood towards digital art reminds me of those negative attitudes from many within art institutions back in the 80s & 90s. Many claiming no substance nor future when witnessing those first seedlings emerging from the digital realm. This is my first NFT as a big "you got it wrong!" (put politely) to those long-forgotten dinosaurs.

My intention with these pieces is to capture the many modalities in which humans and machines co-exist and create, aimimg to represent the complexity of these relationships with brutal simplicity.

This collection emerges from a generative process using creative coding and design software. Not only does the artwork reside as a digital (svg, jgp and animated gif) piece, but its code also generates a beautiful pen plotted piece. Though generated through a self regulated code, each piece has been heavily curated and worked on.
