"I was approched by Harvard Business Review and was asked to develop a algorithmic based artwork to paired with their article related to algorithms in markets."

What is an algorithmic based artwork? In a nutshell, it is a self contained and autonomous system for creating art.

We developed a simple 5 x 5 grid of circles. Brining them to life by adding random variables to this system, where shape sizes, stoke weights, colour pallettes, combined with a bit of mathematics resulted in a artwork with infinite itterations. Using our system the Harvard Buisness Review made a curated selection for their article.

This system was built in code, shapes were never drawn, painted nor sketched by hand, but typed in with a coding language.

As the article suggests, can we trust algorithms in markets? Questioning our trust in these algorithms in creating art as well.
