The Meditations: Pessimism series embodies my exploration of pessimism through a dark, ever-changing cityscape. This series symbolizes the unending cycle of pessimistic thought, depicted through structures that constantly sway, interlock, and transform, yet always return to their original state.

Crafted using p5.js and Adobe After Effects, I combine generative art and motion graphics to express this theme.

From this self-generating system, forty unique pieces were selected, each reflecting a facet of my contemplation on the nature of pessimism.
